Important Delivery Information

When will my order arrive?
All Christmas orders will start shipping from Monday 1st December 2025. Please ignore our regular delivery timeframes during the Christmas period.

Why the wait?
Our treats are lovingly handmade, baked, and decorated in batches. During Christmas, we adjust our baking schedule to handle the high volume of orders efficiently. This means we bake all Christmas treats together to ensure every pup gets the freshest, highest-quality goodies.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes! We've planned our schedule carefully. Interstate orders will be sent first to allow for Australia Post delivery times. South Australian orders will be completed and delivered closer to Christmas.

Need Birthday Treats or Other Products Urgently?

Please place a separate order for any treats needed before Christmas. Any order containing Christmas products will not ship until 1st December or later, regardless of other items in your cart.
