Getting your treats to you

Because everything we make is handmade to order, we ask for a little patience — and promise it's worth it.

Australia-Wide Delivery

Most Woofery products ship anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Please allow 14 to 21 days from the date of your order for production and delivery. This covers handmade baking, packaging, and transit to your door.

We don't hold stock — your treats are made fresh once your order is placed, which is why they arrive tasting the way they do.

Adelaide Pickup (Birthday Cakes & Pupcakes)

Our fresh birthday cakes and pupcakes are only available for local pickup from our Hallett Cove base in Adelaide (5158, SA). Full pickup address is provided once your order is confirmed.

• Minimum 4 days notice required for all cake orders
• Pickup is available from our Hallett Cove location
• You’ll receive an email with full pickup instructions on your selected date
• For urgent orders (48–72 hours notice), please call Damian on 0432 300 399 — an urgent surcharge applies

Preservative-free cakes are best enjoyed within 48–72 hours of pickup. Leftovers can be frozen after cutting, but we don’t recommend freezing before cutting as decorations may spoil.

Seasonal Orders

Christmas and Easter ranges have specific deadlines. Check the relevant collection page for current cutoff dates when seasonal ordering is open. Orders containing seasonal items will not dispatch until the seasonal dispatch date, regardless of other items in your cart.
