How long will my order take?

All Woofery treats are handmade to order in small batches. This is what makes them fresh, high quality, and genuinely different from commercial pet treats — but it does mean we need a little time to get them just right for your dog.

Australia-Wide Shipping (Biscuits & Dehydrated Treats)

Please allow 14 to 21 days from the date of your order for production and delivery via Australia Post. This covers handmade baking, drying, packaging, and transit time to your door.

We don't hold stock — your treats are made fresh once your order is placed.

Birthday Cakes & Pupcakes (Adelaide Pickup Only)

Our cakes and pupcakes require a minimum of 4 days notice. Please book your pickup date as close as possible to your celebration, as these preservative-free treats are at their best within 48–72 hours of pick-up.

For urgent orders (48–72 hours notice), please call Damian on 0432 300 399. An urgent order surcharge applies and pickup times will be at our convenience.

Christmas & Easter Ranges

Seasonal ranges have specific order deadlines. When seasonal ordering is open, you'll find the current cutoff dates on the relevant collection page. Please order early — we cannot extend deadlines during peak baking periods.
